What it’s about

Stop consuming processed food and drink to raise money for charity

Name of the game

  • Go without processed food
  • Go without processed drinks (yes that includes all alcohol)
  • Must read the full disclosure page before starting
  • Besides the NO ALCOHOL (which MUST be respected), There is NO HARD rule on what you don‘t consume. It’s up to you. 
  • Respect each others choices, each others opinions and views. Everyone can voice how they feel. It’s a safe space for personal growth.

Group 1: Unprocessed or minimally processed foods

At Unprocessed Challenge, we know that everyone's health journey is unique. That's why we offer personalized health coaching services to help you achieve your individual health goals. Our health coaches will work with you to create a customized plan that is tailored to your needs and preferences. We'll help you establish healthy habits, track your progress, and provide ongoing support and accountability.

Group 2: Processed culinary ingredients

Eating a healthy diet doesn't have to be complicated. Our team of registered dietitians and nutritionists can help you make simple, sustainable changes to your diet that will support your overall health and wellbeing. We offer nutrition education, meal planning assistance, and healthy recipe ideas to help you eat well without sacrificing taste or convenience.

Group 3: Processed foods

At Unprocessed Challenge, we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or fitness level. That's why we offer a variety of fitness classes and activities that are suitable for all bodies. From gentle yoga and Pilates to high-intensity interval training and strength training, we have something for everyone.

Group 4: Ultra-processed foods

Stress can wreak havoc on your physical and mental health. At Unprocessed Challenge, we offer a range of stress management techniques to help you reduce stress and improve your overall wellbeing. From mindfulness meditation and deep breathing exercises to massage therapy and acupuncture, we have a variety of tools to help you unwind and destress.

Remember that everyone doing the challenge helps each other. You won’t be alone.
